Q. How will 'All About HER Expo' be advertised?
Our Expos are advertised through a variety of Marketing channels from: radio, TV, billboards, newspaper, local advertisement, social media, posters, yard signs, local new appearances, email blasts, sponsor "pre-show" giveaways, and more. Weeks prior to the event we will begin the campaign for our expos through selected media outlets. We encourage our vendors to please do their part in 'liking' our Facebook page and sharing this event to your friends as well.
Q. How many people come to our shows?
All About HER is a National Expo which hosts highly successful shows! Please contact us at [email protected] for an exact number of attendees for a specific show/location/year.
Q. Where do I get my Exhibitor Band?
Exhibitor bands will be handed out once you check into the expo Saturday morning. Each exhibitor is provided two badges per booth.
Q. When can I set up my booth?

Q. When can I tear down my booth?
All exhibits must be staffed and remain intact until the Expo is closed to the public. Vendors who break down early will not be invited back to the show next year. Move out takes place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Rules for move-in also apply to move-out.
Q. What are the size(s) of my booth?
Booths sizes are 8X6, 10X10, 10X10 PREMIER & select 8X6 booths for 'local Crafters ONLY'.
Q. Will there be power and internet supplied at my booth?
Power may be available in certain circumstance. Please contact us for more details.
Q. Are you sponsoring a charity at this event?

Q. Will there be a blind auction for raising charity funds at this event?

Q. Are there restrictions on what I can have at my booth?
Please keep your booths professional and appropriate. You can only have items in your booth that you disclosed in your application/contract. Also, please be respectful of other exhibitors by not distracting from their booths with excessive music or noise.
Q. Can I sell items at my booth?
We encourage you to sell your products or services at the expo. You are permitted to sell from the Expo floor if you comply with the licensing requirements by your State Tax Commission . Vendors wishing to sell at the Expo will need to collect sales tax and mail to your State Tax Commission.
